If you’re a beef connoisseur and have a special gathering coming up and care to impress your guests, you may like to consider using our salt ageing chamber to add a totally unique depth of flavour.
Buy your beef joint from us and for an additional £20 we will salt age your joint for a requested period. As a guide we would suggest the following:
Fillet: up to 28 days
Rib and sirloin: 30-100 days
But the salt’s magic goes far beyond a dining table talking point… The chamber’s cold, moving air and Himalayan salt wall (long known for its pure and beneficial therapeutic benefits) draws moisture from the beef to give it a uniquely intense, robust flavour like no other. Treat your family and friends to a real delicacy, rarely available.
